Livingston County CHAOS Task force makes arrest

Livingston County’s CHAOS Task Force has made another arrest. On Saturday, Fairbury Police, a member of the task force, say they concluded an on-going investigation involving a 47-year-old man from Milwaukee Wisconsin. In a press release, the task force says Dustin Cota had been in communication with a minor under the age of 15 and even went as far as to send Valentine’s gifts to the child. The task force says Cota then drove 198 miles to Forrest, Illinois to meet the child for sex – that’s when he was taken into custody by Fairbury Police.
