It is primary election day in Kankakee County – kinda. While it is primary election day, there is only one primary and that’s for Mayor in the Village of Bourbonnais for the Bourbonnais Citizens’ Party. County Clerk Dan Hendrickson says there have been a few changes in polling places for this primary
