Body Found in on I-65 Ramp at 231

A cleanup crew working in northwest Indiana on I-65 made a grisly discovery this morning.   On the southbound ramp from 231 they found a body lying in a ditch.  Police say foul play is suspected and a murder investigation has been initiated.  Police have not yet released the victim’s ID.
