Jasper County Sheriff’s Police report the arrest of a Lake Village man after he allegedly put a tracking device on his ex-girlfriend’s car. In a press release, deputies say it was just before one Monday, February 10th when they were called to a business in Rensselaer by a woman show said she’d found a GPS tracker on her car. She said she’d gotten a bluetooth alert two days earlier, and found the device on her front bumper the next day. Video footage apparently showed 45-year-old David J. Laud lying down by her car and reaching up under it. Laud was arrested by Jasper County Sheriff’s Police, charged with stalking among other charges.
