Fishing duo rescued from sinking boat

Braidwood Fire Protection District and other local agencies were called to the Braidwood Power Plant cooling lake Saturday morning for a fishing boat on the lake that was taking on water. There were reports of three to four-foot waves on the lake because of the winds. Both people on the boat were safely rescued by fire department personnel.
