Hoopeston Man Arrested for Stolen Vehicle

A Hoopeston man is behind bars after police say he was caught with a stolen vehicle. Officers responded to a vehicle accident in the 800 block of South 4th Street at 5:03 a.m. Tuesday.  During the investigation, they discovered one of the vehicles was stolen. The driver, 34-year-old Andrew Prattis, was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle and violating an order of protection.
