Those three people arrested Momence Police for forgery earlier this week have been formally charged. In a press release, Kankakee County State’s Attorney Jim Rowe says 24-year-old Terry Daniel of Florida, 24-year-old Jalen Evans of South Carolina and 25-year-old Cameron Stallings of Mississippi were in court Wednesday and were formally charged with fraud. That after Momence Police allegedly caught the trio with fake 100-dollar-bills, currency printing equipment and materials. Rowe says it’s a serious offense
Rowe adds all three have been released from custody because fraud is a non-detainable offense under the Safe-T Act.
