Bradley police report arrest

Bradley Police report the arrest of a Kankakee man following an investigation into an alleged sexual assault earlier this month. According to reports, Bradley Police took a report March second about a sexual assault that allegedly took place in the victim’s apartment somewhere in the Village. After an investigation, Bradley Police arrested 52-year-old Ken P, Hertz of Kankakee on a preliminary charge of Criminal Sexual Assault.
