Prosecutors are asking a judge to drop a bribery charge against former Chicago Alderman and federal mole Danny Solis. The ex-City Council member helped the feds by wearing a wire, which led to the convictions of two powerful lawmakers, onetime alderman Edward Burke and former Illinois House Speaker Michael Madigan. If the judge approves the motion, Solis will walk away with his freedom, and his criminal record and pension intact.
