Indiana pair arrested on child sex charges

Indiana State Police report a pair of arrests following an investigation into alleged sexual misconduct with a minor. In a press release, Indiana State Troopers say the investigation started last December when allegations arose against the pair. That investigation led to a search warrant being executed at a home in Pine Village, Indiana which is near LaFayette. That search reportedly turned up evidence that led to the arrest of 36-year-old Richard Lark of Pine Village for sexual misconduct with a minor, possession of child pornography and child exploitation and the arrest of 32-year-old Megan Vessels of Fowler Indiana for the promotion of sexual trafficking of a younger child. Vessels had allegedly transported the minor to and from Lark’s Pine Village home, knowing sexual relations were occurring between the pair.
