Kankakee City Police investigate shots fired

Kankakee City Police report an incident where shots were fired early Wednesday morning. According to reports, it was just after 3:30 yesterday morning when officers were called to the 400 block of South Lincoln Avenue  where reports say they found damage to a home. The home owner told police the damage was old and no one in the home was injured. City Police say they found several spent shell casings in the street, but they have no suspects in the shooting at this time.
