51-year-old Manteno man arrested following investigation

Manteno Police report an arrest following a week-long investigation into allegations involving the unlawful recording of a minor. In a press release, Manteno Police say, following their investigation, they arrested 51-year-old Troy Sample on charges that include possession of child pornography, production of child pornography, grooming and aggravated criminal sexual abuse.
