Kankakee City Council passed an ordinance

Kankakee City Council passed an ordinance at Monday night’s meeting that approved an agreement with Limestone Townhomes LLC. Mayor Chris Curtis says these housing units will be built at Indian Meadows.

Curtis realizes that’s a lofty goal.
