Jobs up in Illinois

The number of jobs in Illinois continues to set records.  The state Department of Employment Security says non-farm payroll jobs increased by 41-hundred last month to a new record high of six-point-one-seven-million.  That beat the previous record set in March.  The unemployment rate remained unchanged at four-point-eight-percent in April.
