The Village of Bourbonnais has a new ordinance making it illegal to operate certain off-road vehicles near homes and other residences. Village Attorney Patrick Dunn explains
Dunn said fines start at 250 dollars.
Also at last night’s meeting, the Village honored outgoing interim Police Chief Dave Anderson on his retirement and named Jason Sztuba as the new interim Chief.
