Bradley man arrested by Paxton Police

A Bradley man was arrested Saturday by Paxton Police as part of an investigation by Livingston Counties Chaos Task Force. A press release says 49 year old Michael L. Wiggins allegedly made arrangements to meet a 16 year old minor for sexual purposes. Paxton police apprehended Wiggins along with the assistance of Ford County Sheriff’s Department. Wiggins has been charged with indecent solicitation of a child, traveling to meet a child, among other charges.
