Teen arrested in murder of Joliet teen

A 15-year-old is charged with the murder of a 13-year-old in Joliet.  Police say the younger teen was shot and killed Monday in the 300 block of Desplaines Street.  Investigators determined both teens were known to one another and had been involved in an ongoing personal dispute.  Evidence indicates the suspect shot the victim twice during a confrontation.
