Man Arrested in May Shots Fired Incident

Kankakee City Police have arrested a person who allegedly was involved with a shots fired incident on May 14th. According to police reports, 31 year old Howard Johnson was taken into custody yesterday for alleged weapons related charges to a shots fired incident that occurred May 14th in the 400 block of North East Avenue. City police say the investigation surrounding the incident remains active and more arrests are expected to follow.
