As you travel past Bourbonnais Village Hall over the next week or so you may notice some work being done around the building. Village Public Works Director Terry Memenga says the plan is to update the landscaping in front of the building
Memenga said work on the project should be completed in time for the Friendship Festival, which kicks off a week from tomorrow. Also at last night’s meeting, the Village Board voted to appoint Chad M. Meents to be the Village Clerk. Meents will replace Brian Simeur who is stepping down after 30 years in that position.
