Village of Bradley passed a resolution at Monday night’s board meeting to approve an environmental site assessment on a property they plan to buy. The eleven and a half acre property is located on Larry Power Road across from Northfield Square Mall. Mayor Mike Watson says the property needs to be cleaned up since it’s right next to the entertainment district they are developing.
Finance Director Rob Romo says the environmental study will cost around 45-thousand dollars and the purchase price of the property is around 400-thousand dollars
