A Kankakee County Jury delivered a guilty verdict Tuesday to a 41 year old man involved in a road rage firearm case. According to Kankakee County States Attorney Jim Rowe, Robert Reardanz Junior was found guilty by a jury for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The case states Reardanz was the perpetrator in a road rage incident where he followed a 21 year old female victim, flashed his lights, then exited his vehicle and brandished a firearm. Kankakee County Sheriff Deputies were able to recover a recording of the incident and the gun, both of which proved critical in presenting the facts to the jury. Reardanz will be sentenced at a later date.
