Chips Ahoy! Issues Recall

A nationwide recall of Chips Aho! Baked Bites Brookie is being expanded. According to the FDA, the updated recall alert was issued Wednesday to include additional pouches of the product which were sold at a limited number of retail stores nationwide. Mondelez Global LLC first announced the voluntary recall in December due to an incorrect mixing process that resulted in the formation of small cornstarch clumps in the product. According to the alert, there have been no reports of injury or illness, and no other Chips Ahoy! or Mondelez Global LLC products are included in the recall.
