Kankakee City Council approved an engineering services agreement at Monday night’s meeting for the Riverfront Trail by Fisherman’s Park near Kennedy Drive and Court Street. Mayor Chris Curtis says this is phase two engineering of the project.
Mayor Curtis says the engineering cost for the Riverfront Trail is over one million dollars.
