Jasper County Indiana Deputies Make Drug Arrest

Jasper County Sheriff’s Deputies report the arrest of a Wheatfield woman after she allegedly planned to sneak drugs to an inmate from the Jasper County Jail. A press release says deputies were notified by Rensselaer Police of the alleged plan where 37-year-old Roxanne Mancilla would hide the drugs at the Court House and they would be retrieved later by the inmate. The release goes on to say information provided by Rensselaer Police also led to the recovery of some tools allegedly used during the recent burglary to a Jasper County storage facility.
