During last night’s Bourbonnais Village Board meeting, the Bourbonnais Police Department gave trustees a written report of activities from 2025. Deputy Bourbonnais Police Chief Jason Sztuba has some of the highlights.
Deputy Chief Sztuba said the crime stats were pretty much unchanged from last year. Also at last night’s meeting, the Board okayed spending just over 155-thousand dollars for two new squad cars and the refit of a pick-up truck already owned by the Village for use by the Police Department.
