Kankakee City Police Make Arrest in Connection with Monday’s Armed Robbery

Kankakee City Police have made an arrest in connection to Monday night’s armed robbery of a business in the 1400 Block of East Court Street. According to a press release, 38-year-old Terral Thomas of Kankakee was taken into custody Wednesday around 12:30 in the afternoon in the 1600 Block of Cedar Street. Following questioning and investigations, Thomas was formally charged with Armed Robbery and booked at the Jerome Combs Detention Center. City police say the investigation is still on going and anyone with additional information is encouraged to contact city detectives or submit an anonymous tip by calling Kankakee County Crime Stoppers at 815 93-CRIME.
