Indiana State Police report a cyber tip has led to felony charges against a Cedar Lake man. In a press release, Indiana State Police report a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children led to an investigation by their Internet Crimes Against Children Unit and the United State Secret Service. That investigation led to a search warrant at the home of 24-year-old Kevin Richard Osika of Cedar Lake, the seizure of multiple electronic devices. The press release says after a forensic examination of those devices, seven felony counts were filed against Osika, including child molesting, incest and child exploitation charges.
