Bradley Police make arrests following fight

Bradley Police were called to a fight on West Broadway early this morning. According to police reports, officers arrived to the 200 Block of West Broadway Street just before 1 this morning to find about fifteen people fighting outside. 22-year-old Lily G. Cantrell of Kankakee allegedly became irate and kicked multiple officers while they were investigating the situation. While officers were placing Cantrell under arrest, 30-year-old Jaquan Q. Taylor of Bourbonnais placed himself on Cantrell to try and prevent her arrest, then squared up to fight with an officer after he got to his feet. Cantrell faces two counts of Aggravated Battery to a Peace Officer while Taylor faces Obstruction and aggravated assault to a peace officer.
