May Day Strong Rally in Kankakee Today

A May Day Strong rally will take place at the Kankakee County Courthouse this afternoon from three to five. According to a press release,  the rally is one of over three-thousand nationwide supporting working people coming together to stand against the billionaire agenda and build collective power. Organizers are asking working people to boycott corporations and shop local today. The rally at the courthouse has been organized by Indivisible Kankakee, Connect Kankakee, Kankakee Friends of Labor, and the Illinois Democratic Women of Kankakee County.
