The Annual Kankakee County Law Enforcement Memorial Ceremony will be held this morning at 11 a.m. on the courthouse lawn in Downtown Kankakee. Undersheriff Chad Gessner tells us who this year’s guest speaker will be.
Undersheriff Gessner says the ceremony is open to the public and all are welcome to attend.
