Heat advisory until 9pm

The National Weather Service has issued a heat advisory that will be in effect for us until nine o’clock tonight. The weather service says we should have a high temperature today right around 90, with the heat index running 110 or so. They say that kind of heat can cause heat illnesses. They remind you to drink plenty of water, stay out of the sun in air conditioned areas as much as possible. They also suggest you check on your neighbors and relatives to make sure they’re doing alright with the heat.
