State unemployment at record lows

Job numbers are at historic levels in Illinois.  The state’s Department of Employment Security says non-farm payroll jobs jumped nearly by 12-thousand last month to a record-high six-point-one-eight-million.  Unemployment also dropped to four-point-nine-percent in July, down point-two percent from June.
