The Kankakee River Valley Regatta is just a few weeks away and there have been some changes made to this years event. Kankakee Mayor Chris Curtis spoke about the tweaks at last week’s city council meeting.
Mayor Curtis also added ten dollar parking passes are available now at Kankakee River Regatta dot com. The boat races run from September fourth through the sixth Labor Day weekend on the Kankakee River.
