Oct 6, 2026 | 9:11 AM
Over 120-thousand cases of 28 ounce bottles of Gator Ade are being recalled across 37 states, including Illinois and Indiana. PepsiCo Incorporated says they’re recalling bottles of Gatorade Lemon Lime, Gatorade Lemon Lime Zero, Gatorade Orange, and Gatorade Orange Zero due to undeclared Yellow No. 6 and possibly Yellow No. 5, according to the FDA. The FDA categorized the recall as a “Class II” on Oct. 2, the second-highest of the agency’s three recall categories. A Class II recall means exposure to the product may cause temporary or medically reversible adverse health effects.  You can find details of the recall on the FDA’s website.
