Attorneys for Xandria Harris of Bradley were in Kankakee County Court Thursday

Attorneys for 27 year old Xandria Harris of Bradley were in Kankakee County Court Thursday.  Harris and her boyfriend are charged in the shooting death of Bradley Police Sgt. Marlene Rittmanic and the attempted murder of Officer Tyler Bailey in December of 2021.  According to the Daily Journal both sides are waiting for hard copies of a 2 thousand page report commissioned by the defense on the mental state of Harris at the time of the shooting and whether or not she was under duress due to an abusive domestic relationship with the alleged gunman in the shooting 26 year old Darius Sullivan.  The report is so large it could not be transmitted electronically.  The next hearing is scheduled for April 27th.
