Fatal Accident Near Chatsworth

A semi driver was killed about 3 this morning in Livingston County when his big rig struck a pickup truck, overturned and burst into flames.  The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.  Illinois state police say the pickup had pulled out in front of the semi at Rt. 24 and Livingston County 3350 East road just north of Chatsworth. The pickup driver was taken to the hospital in serious condition. Police have not yet released any ID’s
