A doctor in the Bloomington area has been charged with allegedly having sexual contact with a 14 year old from Gibson City. WCIA TV in Champaign reports 41 year old Dr. Kynan A. Brown also utilized a social media site to contact the teen for sex. Brown has a court hearing Tuesday, he is being held at the Ford County Lockup in Paxton.
