Man Pleads to Child Sex Charges

A Bloomington man who was snared in an online Fairbury police sex sting operation in September of last year has pleaded guilty in Livingston County Court.  Prosecutors alleged that 22 year old Colton Houck had been chatting with what he believed to be an underage girl, but was in reality an undercover police officer.   He set up a meeting in Fairbury to meet the girl but when Houck arrived there was no girl, just a whole lot of police.  He was charged with traveling to meet a minor and indecent solicitation of a child.   He’ll be sentenced next month
