Walnut St. Closure in Watseka Next Week

The Illinois Department of Transpiration will close the Walnut Street, Union Pacific railroad crossing in Watseka beginning Monday.  It’s to facilitate repairs to the crossing.  The job is expected to take 5 days.  During the closure IDOT says you can expect delays.  There is a posted detour directing drivers to use Rt. 1 and U.S. 52 instead.
