3 Years for Aggravated DUI Plea

A Paxton man is on his way to prison for the next three years.  41 year old Alan Mahon had pleaded guilty in Grundy county Court to aggravated Dui. In April of last year Mahon was pulled over for improper lane usage and driving drunk doing 35 miles an hour over the limit.  Mahon has five prior DUI’s.
