Bradley Approves Surplus Budget for 2025

At this week’s Bradley Village Board meeting, trustees approved a surplus budget for the fiscal year 2025 of 21 8 million dollars.  Expenses are anticipated to come in at 20.4 million.  250,000 dollars of what’s left over will go into cash reserves, but much of the rest will most likely go to various infrastructure projects. According to the Daily Journal, Bradley anticipates some 16.4 million dollars in sales tax revenue in 2025.  Bradley’s portion of the tax on recreational Marijuana is expected to bring in 225,000 next year in Bradley.
